1. About us

Dogsday ("we", "us", "our") operates the website dogsday.uk ("the Site"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

3. Personalised items

Personalised cards are made specifically for you based on the photo and details you provide. Please check personalisation details carefully before submitting your order, as personalised items may not be eligible for a standard refund once production has started (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

4. Design-your-own cards (AI card designer)

Our card designer uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create a card from your description: the picture, suggested headlines and an inside message. AI can get things wrong, including spelling, names and details of your dog, so you'll always see a proof first. You can change the words before ordering, and we print exactly what you approve. Please check it carefully.

The designer is for cards about dogs. We may decline descriptions that aren't, or that include real people, brands, characters or anything offensive. We check every card before printing and may refuse to print one that breaks these rules, in which case we'll refund that card.

Designs are for your own personal cards, ordered and printed through Dogsday. You may not print, sell, or otherwise use them commercially. Proofs are watermarked and are not for printing.

5. Design credits

Each new design, each new picture, and each changed description uses one design credit. New headline ideas and editing the words are free. New accounts receive free designs as set out on the Site (including any free design made before signing up). Further credits can be bought in packs.

Credits never expire. They have no cash value and can't be transferred. Credits are digital content supplied immediately: when you buy them, you agree to this and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you've used any of them. If a design fails or is declined, its credit is returned automatically.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, and content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Dogsday and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
