1. When your cards are sent
Every card is printed to order and posted from England, dispatched within 1 working day.
2. Postage prices and delivery times
Every card is sent in its envelope by Royal Mail. You pay postage once per order, and the price depends on how many cards are in it. You can order up to 5 cards at a time.

Free 2nd class postage on UK orders over £15.00. 1st class is always the price above.
Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class the next working day after posting, and 2nd class within 3 working days. These are Royal Mail's targets rather than guarantees, so please allow a little longer at busy times like Christmas.
Outside the UK
Royal Mail International Standard, the same price to every country: £3.99 for 1 to 4 cards, or £9.99 for 5 cards.
Royal Mail aims to deliver International Standard in 3 to 5 business days to Europe and 6 to 7 business days to the rest of the world.
International post isn't tracked.
3. Lost or damaged cards
If your card doesn't arrive, or it arrives damaged, we'll reprint it and post it again, free. See Returns & Refunds.
